Meet the Teacher
Transitioning from a two-decade career in corporate finance and accounting, Dr. Lindsey-Ruiz established herself as a dedicated 3rd and 4th grade science educator. Holding a doctorate in Elementary Education: Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University, she specializes in IEP advocacy, special education, and STEM curriculum. Her academic foundation includes undergraduate work at New York University, and she is currently expanding her expertise by studying Education Law and Policy at the Texas A&M University School of Law.
Currently instructing middle school science within a therapeutic environment, Dr. Lindsey-Ruiz utilizes her specialized expertise to help educators create high-functioning, inclusive spaces that promote vital holistic growth and academic achievement for all students.
